Working closely with the Director General and external consultants, the selected candidate will be responsible for budget preparation, financial reporting, accounting, and procurement procedures, ensuring compliance with national, European, and ERIC regulations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This <strong>full-time tenure-track position<\/strong> (36 hours per week) is offered under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Education and Research (CCNL \u201cIstruzione e Ricerca\u201d, Level IV). The <strong>gross annual salary is \u20ac48,000<\/strong>, paid over 13 monthly instalments. The initial <strong>one-year contract<\/strong> may lead to a permanent position following evaluation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate shall have at least <strong>five years of proven experience<\/strong> in financial and administrative management, preferably within research infrastructures or international organisations. Demonstrated expertise in <strong>EU-funded project management and\/or European Research Infrastructure Consortia (ERICs)<\/strong>, proficiency in both <strong>English and Italian<\/strong>, and strong organisational and analytical skills are essential.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must include a <strong>motivation letter<\/strong>, <strong>Curriculum Vitae<\/strong>, and a <strong>signed Declaration of Eligibility and Compliance<\/strong>, and must be submitted in English by <strong>9 November 2025<\/strong> to <a href=\"mailto:co@e-rihs.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>co@e-rihs.eu<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interviews with shortlisted candidates will be conducted in English and remotely.
