An international conference with 5 Special sessions<\/h5>\n

MetroArchaeo<\/strong>\u00a0brings together researchers and operators in enhancing, characterising and preserving archaeological and cultural heritage to discuss the production, interpretation and reliability of measurements and data.<\/span>
Nowadays, measurements from a large number of analytical methodologies and tools, molecular and elemental spectroscopic techniques, chemometrics, chemical reactivity and modelling, etc., are of interest to the conference. Data on the impacts of natural and anthropogenic environmental stressors, the decaying pathways of the different materials in the surrounding environment, and the development of new remediation processes such as cleaning, consolidation, rehabilitation, etc., can be considered based on chemical knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 2023 conference, this year organized by CNR ISPC<\/a><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in cooperation with\u00a0Roma 3 University,<\/a>\u00a0will be held in Rome on October 19-21.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Some special sessions organized by CNR ISPC \u00a0aim to create a mini-workshop on a specific topic, where researchers working on the same argument can make knowledge, familiarize themselves, exchange ideas, and create cooperation.<\/p>\n

The Program Committee invites Extended Abstracts (from 4 to 5 pages) for the IMEKO TC-4 MetroArchaeo 2023 Conference.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interested researchers, academics, practitioners and industry partners are invited to submit extended abstracts for the Conference<\/strong>. Papers that involve joint authorship with students, industry and community partners are encouraged. Early career researchers and research students are also encouraged to contribute papers.<\/p>\n

All contributions will be peer-reviewed, and acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and indexed by\u00a0<\/span>SCOPUS<\/i><\/b>.<\/p>\n

Extended versions of presented papers are eligible for post-publication.<\/p>\n
