La prima \u00e8 un dilatometro DIL 402 Expedis Select Netzsch, idoneo a misurare le variazioni dimensionali di campioni di piccole dimensioni (fino a 52 mm di lunghezza e 19 mm di diametro). La seconda apparecchiatura (GT1170 Gabrielli Technology) si utilizza per campioni di dimensioni maggiori in accordo con la UNI EN 14581 per le misure di dilatazione termica su materiali lapidei.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DETTAGLI TECNICI DIL 402 EXPEDIS SELECT NETZSCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tecnologia \u201cpushrod\u201d orizzontale con sistema di misura singolo<\/li>\n<li>Determinazione automatica della lunghezza iniziale del campione<\/li>\n<li>In grado di operare su campioni di lunghezza almeno compresa tra 1 e 52 mm e diametro 12 mm (oppure 19 mm)<\/li>\n<li>Intervallo di misura da -10 mm a +10 mm<\/li>\n<li>Forza di contatto regolabile nell\u2019intervallo da 10mN a 3N<\/li>\n<li>Risoluzione della misura di lunghezza: 1nm<\/li>\n<li>Intervallo di temperatura da 0\u00b0C a 1000\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>In grado di operare in atmosfera inerte o in aria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DIL 402 EXPEDIS Select Netzsch \u00e8 dotato di un sensore optoelettronico che consente la misura automatica delle dimensioni del campione. Questa funzione \u00e8 utile nel caso di campioni di forma irregolare dal momento che si evita l\u2019utilizzo di altre apparecchiature di misura, possibile fonte di errore. L\u2019attrezzatura \u00e8 dotata inoltre di un sistema di contatto con il provino a forza variabile per poter analizzare anche materiali fragili o soffici.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DETTAGLI TECNICI DILATOMETRO GT1170 Gabrielli Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sistema di misura meccanico per rilevare la variazione della distanza tra due cilindri (K=13,5&#215;10 \u00af \u2076da 20\u00b0C e 80\u00b0 C)<\/li>\n<li>Termometro digitale con due canali per termocoppia K<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nel caso del dilatometro GT1170 la prova consiste nel porre il provino di dimensioni 250x50x20 mm in una cella con controllo di temperatura (gradiente 0,2\u00b0C \/min) per eseguire il ciclo termico.
