Il reometro esegue l\u2019analisi delle propriet\u00e0 viscoelastiche dei materiali ed \u00e8 accoppiato ad un\u2019unit\u00e0 lineare per eseguire l\u2019analisi dinamica meccanica (DMA) in modalit\u00e0 di flessione, tensione o compressione, test di creep, prove di rilassamento e analisi termomeccaniche.
