L\u2019abbinamento del pirolizzatore al GC-MS consente di caratterizzare macromolecole (ad es. resine naturali e sintetiche) tramite il riconoscimento dei prodotti ottenuti dalla pirolisi.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019analisi GC-MS prevede una preparazione del campione (~ 0.1 mg), diversificata a seconda dei materiali che si vogliono caratterizzare (ad esempio lipidi, proteine e polisaccaridi per la caratterizzazione dei leganti pittorici organici o di lipidi o markers del vino da reperti ceramici archeologici), che viene introdotto tramite autocampionatore. L\u2019analisi in Py-GC-MS consente di analizzare il campione tal quale o dopo reazione di derivatizzazione che viene introdotto nel GC tramite autocampionatore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DETTAGLI TECNICI GC-MS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intervallo di massa: da 30 a 3000 m\/z<\/li>\n<li>Risoluzione: 100000 a m\/z =272<\/li>\n<li>Accuratezza di massa: interna &lt;
