La strategia impiegata nello strumento per superare questo limite si basa sulla tecnologia brevettata Sequentially Shifted Excitation (SSE\u2122), capace restituire spettri liberi dalla componente di fluorescenza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DETTAGLI TECNICI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo strumento portatile Raman con il nome commerciale Bravo \u00e8 stato sviluppato dalla Bruker Optics per generare gli spettri Raman senza fondo di fluorescenza attraverso la tecnologia brevettata Sequentially Shifted Excitation (SSE\u2122). Il Raman portatile Bravo \u00e8 dotato di due laser a diodi a temperatura controllata (DuoLaser<sup>TM<\/sup>, 785 nm e 852 nm) rilevati da diverse aree del CCD con una risoluzione spaziale di 10-12 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>. I due laser incidono sul campione in sequenza in ogni misurazione coprendo un intervallo spettrale esteso da 170 a 3200 cm<sup>-1<\/sup> (intervallo spettrale pi\u00f9 ampio rispetto agli spettrometri Raman portatili convenzionali). Gli spettri vengono acquisiti in due <em>step<\/em> in sequenza: da 170 a 2000 cm<sup>-1<\/sup> e da 2000 a 3200 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>, utilizzando rispettivamente i laser a 852 nm e 785 nm. Ogni laser \u00e8 shiftato tre volte in base ad una piccola variazione di temperatura, di conseguenza avremo 3 spettri <em>raw<\/em> shiftati di circa 6 cm<sup>-1<\/sup> per ogni laser, per un totale di 6 <em>raw<\/em>. L\u2019algoritmo restituisce uno spettro elaborato nell\u2019intero <em>range<\/em> spettrale (170-3200 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>) privo della componente di fluorescenza. I tempi di acquisizione e gli accumuli possono essere scelti dall\u2019operatore oppure \u00e8 possibile eseguire una misura con le condizioni di misure automatiche. Lo spot esaminato \u00e8 di 500&#215;100 micron. Lo strumento \u00e8 compatto (30 cm x 13 cm x 5 cm) e viene solitamente posizionato su un pantografo per permettere il movimento in verticale dello spettrometro. Inoltre, lo strumento pu\u00f2 essere posizionato su una piattaforma montata su un treppiede per aumentare la mobilit\u00e0 dello strumento e per inclinarlo in diverse direzioni. Si possono misurare sia oggetti che i materiali (e.g. pigmenti) chiusi in contenitori (e.g. fiale di vetro, plastica), senza ricorrere all\u2019estrazione del
