{"id":6413,"date":"2023-03-09T13:13:52","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T12:13:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.e-rihs.it\/?page_id=6413"},"modified":"2024-05-07T12:26:07","modified_gmt":"2024-05-07T11:26:07","slug":"high-resolution-digital-microscopy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.e-rihs.it\/en\/high-resolution-digital-microscopy\/","title":{"rendered":"High resolution digital microscopy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.7.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;2_5,3_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.7.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.7.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_image src=&#8221;http:\/\/www.e-rihs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/High-resolution-digital-microscopy.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;High resolution digital microscopy&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.7.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;3_5&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.7.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.7.7&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>LABORATORIO: CNR ISPC <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOME STRUMENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Microscopio digitale 3D e 2D<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INFORMAZIONI GENERALI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il Microscopio digitale 3D \u00e8 uno strumento disponibile nel MOLAB per l\u2019acquisizione digitale di immagini e video ad alto ingrandimento ed elevata risoluzione relative alla morfologia e texture di superfici di beni culturali; per l\u2019analisi di patine o trattamenti di restauro su manufatti in pietra, metallo o legno; crettature e stratigrafie complesse di dipinti, manoscritti e opere d\u2019arte contemporanea; residui, segni e tracce d\u2019uso su reperti archeologici.<\/p>\n<p>In particolare, la tecnica consente di effettuare:<\/p>\n<p>-misurazioni 2D (distanze, angoli, raggi, aree, perimetri, etc.) delle superfici di manufatti artistici, dettagli delle pellicole pittoriche, presenza di residui e tracce d\u2019uso su manufatti e reperti archeologici;<\/p>\n<p>-misurazioni 3D (profilometria della superficie con risoluzione micrometrica, volume delle cavit\u00e0 e degli accumuli di materiale, etc.) di manufatti, patine di alterazione, materiali sovrapposti, segni e micro-tracce su manufatti e reperti archeologici;<\/p>\n<p>-scansioni digitale ad alta risoluzione (gigapixel) di opere pittoriche, incisioni e manoscritti su diversi tipi di supporto fino all&#8217;area massima di corsa dello stage XY (circa 500x500mm).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DETTAGLI TECNICI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il Microscopio digitale 3D Hirox RX-100 \u00e8 dotato di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ottiche per ingrandimenti da 6x fino a 2500x.<\/li>\n<li>Ottica rotante motorizzata per analisi a 360\u00b0 senza la manipolazione del campione (immagini e video), con ingrandimenti da 20x a 140x.<\/li>\n<li>Stage per stativo fisso e piano scorrevole manuale XY di 500&#215;500 mm.<\/li>\n<li>Stage con sistema motorizzato XYZ per l\u2019analisi di opere in verticale con step di 0,2 micrometri e una massima velocit\u00e0 di movimento XY di10 mm\/sec. Il multifocus motorizzato sull\u2019asse Z consente l\u2019acquisizione di modelli 3D della superficie molto accurati, esportabili come nuvola di punti per micro-profilometria ed analisi topografica della superfice dell\u2019opera analizzata. Lo strumento pu\u00f2 scansionare e mappare in 3D automaticamente ricostruendo l\u2019immagine (tiling) ad altissima risoluzione.
