SMP350<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INFORMAZIONI GENERALI<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>La conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica \u00e8 un&#8217;importante propriet\u00e0 dei metalli correlabile alla composizione, alla microstruttura e alle propriet\u00e0 meccaniche.<br \/> Nel campo dei Beni Culturali, la misura della conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica, attraverso l\u2019impiego di una sonda apposita, consente di ottenere rapidamente informazioni utili a verificare l\u2019omogeneit\u00e0 di metalli e leghe artistiche non ferrose (bronzo, ottone, \u2026) e a rilevare differenze composizionali fra parti scultoree. Ad esempio, possono essere individuate e confrontate integrazioni, riparazioni, tasselli, perni anche al di sotto della patina di alterazione e quindi non immediatamente evidenti all\u2019ispezione visiva.<br \/> Lo strumento in dotazione misura la conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica utilizzando il metodo delle correnti parassite (EC) secondo gli Standard ASTM E1004 e DIN EN 2004-1. La valutazione del segnale di misura consente la determinazione rapida e non invasiva della conducibilit\u00e0 elettrica del metallo, anche in presenza di vernici fino a 500 \u03bcm di spessore. Ci\u00f2 riduce al minimo l&#8217;influenza della rugosit\u00e0 superficiale.<br \/> Inoltre, l\u2019utilizzo della sonda EC consente un\u2019esplorazione capillare delle superfici ottenendo cos\u00ec una mappatura che permette di selezionare, in funzione delle problematiche da studiare, i punti di misura pi\u00f9 rappresentativi per le successive analisi puntuali (es. XRF, LIBS, \u2026).<br \/> Un\u2019applicazione particolarmente vantaggiosa della tecnica EC prevede l\u2019integrazione con la spettroscopia XRF portatile. Infatti, in presenza di patine di spessore rilevante come ad esempio quelle archeologiche, l\u2019accoppiamento di queste due tecniche consente di massimizzare le informazioni ottenibili sia in termini di omogeneit\u00e0 della lega che di composizione.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DETTAGLI TECNICI<\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>Lo strumento SIGMASCOPE SMP350 opera con un intervallo di misurazione variabile da 0,3 &#8211; 63 MS\/m o 0,5 &#8211; 108% IACS, con precisione a temperatura ambiente pari a \u00b1 0,5% della lettura misurata. Le frequenze di misura, con sonda FS40, variano da 60 a 480 kHz.<br \/> Il tempo di acquisizione di ogni dato analitico \u00e8 circa 2 secondi.
