Lo strumento permette di scansionare le opere d\u2019arte dalla superficie fino ad 1 centimetro di profondit\u00e0 in modo non-invasivo. Le principali applicazioni dell\u2019NMR-MOUSE sono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Misurare il contenuto di acqua e di umidit\u00e0 attraverso mappature 2D;<\/li>\n<li>Misurare i profili degli strati dipinti con risoluzione micrometrica per valutare distacchi, fratture, e de-coesioni,<\/li>\n<li>Misurare le propriet\u00e0 chimico-fisiche e l\u2019azione di: consolidanti, protettivi e formulati per le puliture;<\/li>\n<li>Misurare porosimetriche e tortuosit\u00e0 in materiali porosi;<\/li>\n<li>Mappare il degrado in materiali cartacei e lignei;<\/li>\n<li>Studio profilometrico del degrado di vernici e leganti, e polimeri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DETTAGLI TECNICI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel laboratorio sono disponibili tre diversi tipi di NMR portatile:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><u>NMR-MOUSE relaxometry (BRUKER)<\/u> \u00e8 dotato di tre bobine a RF operative tra 16-18 MHz( 1H) che permettono la misura a profondit\u00e0 fisse di 1, 3, e 5 mm di profondit\u00e0. Usato principalmete per il rilievo e la mappatura dell\u2019umidit\u00e0. Lo strumento \u00e8 inoltre provvisto di cavalletto regolabile in altezza (40- 190cm),<\/li>\n<li><u>NMR_MOUSE depth profile (PM10<\/u>) (elettronica BRUKER-sonda Magritek), \u00e8 dotato di una bobina a RF operativa a 13 MHz (1H), con gradiente di campo magnetico di 14 T\/m. La sonda \u00e8 montata su un piccolo ascensore che permette la scansione fino 1 cm di profondit\u00e0, con step da 20-100 micrometri. Misure: tempi rilassamento (Saturation recovery), T<sub>2<\/sub> (CPMG), coefficiente di diffusione (SE, STE); profili di densit\u00e0 protonica (CPMG). e di un ponteggio portatile regolabile in altezza da 50 a 170 cm. Lo strumento \u00e8 usato principalmente per misurare profili di profondit\u00e0 in dipinti tavola, manufatti scultorei, e materiali lapidei porosi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>3<u>.NMR-MOUSE depth profile (PM2) (Magritek)<\/u> \u00e8 dotato di una bobina a RF operativa a 20 MHz (1H), con gradiente di campo magnetico di 60 T\/m. La sonda \u00e8 montata su un piccolo ascensore che permette la scansione fino 2 mm di profondit\u00e0 e di un ponteggio portatile regolabile in altezza da 50 a 170 cm.Misure: tempi rilassamento (Saturation recovery), T<sub>2<\/sub> (CPMG), coefficiente di diffusione Diff. (SE, STE); profili di densit\u00e0 protonica (CPMG); mappe 2D T<sub>1<\/sub>\/T<sub>2<\/sub>; T<sub>2<\/sub>\/Diff. e di un ponteggio portatile regolabile in altezza da 50 a 170 cm.
